Procter & Gamble - India has openings for Consumer & Market Knowledge Internship. As a CMK intern with Procter & Gamble, you will get a two-month snapshot of life and work in the Company. The intern will understand why CMK represents the voice of the consumer within the company, pulling the consumer to the center of the company's business decisions. The intern absorbs consumer, market and/or customer/shopper and business understanding and research skills.


Business contributions will include:


1. Integrating consumer and shopper understanding, market data and forecasting approaches to identify where to play and how to win.



2. Driving company understanding of how to optimize market elements to build brands. This includes:

(a) Identifying consumer/shoppers needs and wants
(b) Evaluating consumer's assessment of our products and advertising
(c) Monitoring the market position and equities of our brands



Desired profile of Interns :


1. The minimum education level accepted is a Graduate or Post-Graduate from a Premier Institute in any area of specialization such as Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering, etc.

2. They look for candidates who have a passion for winning and who have demonstrated excellence in their work and academic experience.

3. People with leadership skills , good analytical skills and the ability to think of out-of-the box solutions to business problems are preffered.

4. People who are able to handle multiple priorities, who have a bias for action and who are genuinely interested in personal development and the development of others.
